It's easy to make and feels like a big hug when you eat it. My favourite part is that it's so adaptable, use whatever vegetables, potatoes or milk you have and it'll still turn out perfectly! Not to mention the leftovers are just the best!
I'm still slightly shocked that this wonderful month is upon us again! Though you try and prepare before hand, it still seems to sneak up on you. Though the month isn't just about food and eating, or rather the lack of it, it's nice to have something delicious to look forward to before you start fasting again.
